Membership is a privilege, not a right.
Members are carefully selected to represent their profession within a chapter. Each seat is exclusive.

What we expect of one another.
If accepted, every member agrees to uphold the following commitments — the standards that define the character of our community.
- Attend meetings regularly.
- Arrive on time.
- Follow The Boardroom Bylaws.
- Conduct business honestly and ethically.
- Respond promptly to referrals.
- Maintain all required licenses and insurance.
- Protect confidential information.
- Treat every referral as if it came from my own family.
- Represent The Boardroom professionally, always.

Dues & Application Fees
Straightforward. Transparent.
Founding Members
$0
Members joining before a chapter reaches ten (10) active seats are recognized as Founding Members. No application fee.
Standard Application
$150
One-time application fee once a chapter reaches ten (10) active members.
After Year One
$300
One year after a chapter's official launch, the standard application fee is set at $300.
Recurring dues are billed on the schedule established by the Founding Board. Application fees and dues are non-refundable except under extraordinary circumstances determined by the Founding Board.
